Menu Definitions

  • Dashboard: View personalized reports specific to each user, displayed upon login for quick insights and metrics.
  • Sales Orders: Access and manage orders from all sales channels. This includes processing returns and exchanges as needed.
  • Purchase Orders: Manage incoming inventory from vendors and distributors, including tracking and organizing supplier relationships.
  • Inventory: Oversee and manage your store’s active inventory, catalog, and catalog subscriptions. Perform inventory audits, make adjustments, handle transfers, conduct counts, and upload CSV files to update stock.
  • Customers: Sort, organize, and manage your customer database for streamlined customer relationship management.
  • Reports: Generate business reports to gain insights and track performance metrics across various aspects of your store.
  • Channels: Manage all sales channels, including in-store point-of-sale orders. Easily create and add multiple sales channels as your business expands.

Settings: Customize and control settings for your business, including mapping order statuses for each channel, adding staff, configuring shipping options, enabling or disabling Mantle plugins, setting up custom reports, adjusting product naming and search preferences, managing your rewards program, and adjusting base system settings.
