How to edit a Carrier

- Access Carrier Settings
- From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
- Choose Endicia Settings from the dropdown.
- This will display a list of tabs at the top of the page and the SERA Authentication.
- From the tabs at the top of the page, click the Carrier tab.
- This will display the list of all current Carriers in the system.
- Find the Carrier to be Edited
- Find the Carrier you want to Edit.
- Click on the Action Menu button on the right side of the row of the Carrier to open the Drop Down Menu.
- Customize the Carrier Edit
- Click the Edit button in the Drop Down Menu.
- (Optional) In the Carrier box Input the Carrier Name.
- (Optional) In the Carrier Description box input the Carrier Description.
- Click the Update button to save the changes.
- Click on the “X” button to close the pop-up window.
