How to edit a sales channel

  1. Access Channels
    • Go to the left-side menu and click CHANNELS.
    • Then, click MANAGE CHANNELS to see your current sales channels (if any).
  2. Find the Sale Channel to be Edited
    • Find the Sale channel to be edited and Click the Action button on the right side of that row.
    • Click the View Details in the drop down menu from the Action button.
  3. Editing the Sale Channel
    • (Optional) Input the Name/Description of the sale channel into the Description box.
    • (Optional) Select the new Location in the Inventory Store Location box.
    • (Optional) Click the + button for the Linked Cash Registers.
      • Click on the empty Cash Register box.
      • Select the Cash Register you want to add.
    • (Optional) Click the Remove button of the cash register you would like to remove.
  4. (Optional) Activating the Auto Allocate
    • Click on the Allocate to Inventories button.
  5. Saving the Sale Channel
    • Click the Validate button.
    • Click the Update button that was just revealed.
