How to remove a Non Delivery Option

- Access Non Delivery Option Settings
- From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
- Choose Endicia Settings from the dropdown.
- This will display a list of tabs at the top of the page and the SERA Authentication.
- From the tabs at the top of the page, click the Non Delivery Option tab.
- This will display the list of all current Non Delivery Options in the system.
- Find the Non Delivery Option you want to Remove
- Find the Non Delivery Option you want to Remove.
- Click on the Action Menu button on the right side of the row of the Non Delivery Option to open the Drop Down Menu.
- Removing the Non Delivery Option
- Click the Delete button in the Drop Down Menu.
