How to add a Non Delivery Option

- Access Non Delivery Option Settings
- From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
- Choose Endicia Settings from the dropdown.
- This will display a list of tabs at the top of the page and the SERA Authentication.
- From the tabs at the top of the page, click the Non Delivery Option tab.
- This will display the list of all current Content Types in the system.
- Adding a Non Delivery Option
- Click on the Adds Non Delivery Option button to open the Non Delivery Option pop-up window.
- In the Non Delivery Option box Input the Non Delivery Option Name.
- In the Non Delivery Option Description box input the Non Delivery Option Description.
- Click on the Save button.
- Click on the “X” button to close the pop-up window.
