How to edit a register

  1. Access the System Setting page
    • From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
    • Then, choose Cash Registers from the dropdown.
  2. Finding the Cash Registers
    • Find the Cash Register’s row you want to edit.
    • On the right hand side, Click on the Action button that’s in the row of the cash registers to be edited.
    • The action button opens a drop down menu, Click on the View /Edit button to open the pop-up window.
  3. Editing the Cash Register
    • (Optional) Input the new Serial Number*
    • (Optional) Input the new Store*
    • (Optional) Click on the Assigned User box and from the opened drop down menu, Click on the users you want to add.
    • (Optional) Click on the ‘X’ of the user in the Assigned User box to remove them.
    • (Optional) Input the new Description into the Description box.
    • (Optional) Input the new Opening Balance into the Opening Balance box.
    • (Optional) Click on the Payment Terminal box and from the opened drop down menu, Click on the Payment Terminal you want to add.
  4. Save Changes of the Cash Register
    • Click on the Update button
