How to edit a Non Delivery Option Type

- Access Non Delivery Option Settings
- From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
- Choose Endicia Settings from the dropdown.
- This will display a list of tabs at the top of the page and the SERA Authentication.
- From the tabs at the top of the page, click the Non Delivery Option tab.
- This will display the list of all current Non Delivery Options in the system.
- Find the Non Delivery Option to be Edited
- Find the Non Delivery Option you want to Edit.
- Click on the Action Menu button on the right side of the row of the Non Delivery Option to open the Drop Down Menu.
- Customize the Non Delivery Option Edit
- Click the Edit button in the Drop Down Menu.
- (Optional) In the Non Delivery Option box Input the Non Delivery Option Name.
- (Optional) In the Non Delivery Option Description box input the Non Delivery Option Description.
- Click the Update button to save the changes.
- Click on the “X” button to close the pop-up window.
