How to Search For An Inventory Item

Steps to Search for an Inventory Item

1. Navigate to Inventory Management
   • From the left-hand menu, click INVENTORY
   • Select MANAGE INVENTORY.
2. Select Product Line
   • Choose the product line where the inventory item is categorized.
     • Example: If searching for a Magic: The Gathering item, select MAGIC.
3. Apply Additional Filters (Optional)
   • Location: If you want to narrow results by a specific store location, select the location now.
   • Product Name: Enter the full or partial name of the item in the PRODUCT NAME field.
   • Custom Filters: If you’ve set up custom product filters, apply them as needed. For more information, refer to [How to Add Product Filters] ([link to guide]).
4. Search for the Item
   • Once all necessary fields are selected, click APPLY FILTERS.
5. View Results
   • A list of products matching your search criteria will appear at the bottom of the page.
