How to make a return

  1. Access the Manage Order page
    • Click on the Sales Order tab in the left-hand menu.
    • A dropdown will appear; select Manage Orders.
  2. Finding the Order that has Return Items
    • Filter the Order List with any combination of the filter below
      • (Optional) Order Status
      • (Optional) Order Number
      • (Optional) Customer Name
      • (Optional) Input or Select the Payment Method types from the drop down menu of Payment Methods.
      • (Optional) Input the customer Email address into the Email box.
      • (Optional) Click the Order Sources check mark box that the order was completed on, in the Order Sources list.
      • (Optional) Selecting a pre-made Date Range in the Date Range box or Inputing a custom date range by the To and From boxes.
    • Click the Search button.
