How to Delete an Order Status

If you need to remove an order status, follow these steps:

  1. Access Settings
    • From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
    • Navigate to Order Status to view all current statuses.
  2. Open the Action Menu
    • On the right-hand side of the order status you wish to delete, click the ACTION menu.
    • Select DELETE from the dropdown.
  3. Proceed with Caution
    • Important: We do not recommend deleting system default statuses, as this may cause unexpected errors in the system.
    • Be sure you understand the implications before proceeding.
  4. Confirm Deletion
    • After selecting DELETE, confirm the action if prompted.

Once completed, the order status will be permanently removed from your system.
