How to Archive a Product

In the current version of Mantle, Archiving a product will not remove it from the inventory but it will prevent it from showing up in the POS Product line.
- Find the Item
- Use the steps outlined below to locate the product you wish to edit:
- Go to the left-hand menu and click INVENTORY, then select MANAGE INVENTORY.
- Use the Product Line dropdown menu to select the category of the item (e.g., “Magic”).
- Search for the product using its name or partial name in the Product Name field.
- Click APPLY FILTERS to display the search results.
- Once you locate the item, click the Plus (+) to open the product row.
- Use the steps outlined below to locate the product you wish to edit:
- Archiving the product
- Click on the Archive button
- Tip: the Archive button will only show change when the page gets refreshed.
- Click on the Archive button
