How to Adjust Inventory Quantities or Reserve Quantities for Any Location

Steps to Adjust Inventory Quantities or Reserve Quantities:

  1. Find the Item
    • Use the steps outlined below to locate the product you wish to edit:
      • Go to the left-hand menu and click INVENTORY, then select MANAGE INVENTORY.
      • Use the Product Line dropdown menu to select the category of the item (e.g., “Magic”).
      • Search for the product using its name or partial name in the Product Name field.
      • Click APPLY FILTERS to display the search results.
      • Once you locate the item, click EDIT to open the product details pop-up.
  2. Locate the Product Inventory Menu
    • In the pop-up window, scroll down until you see the PRODUCT INVENTORY section.
    • This section displays the Quantity on Hand and Reserve Quantity for each location.
  3. Make Adjustments
    • Adjust the Quantity on Hand or Reserve Quantity as needed.

    • If the location is not listed, you can add it by clicking the + icon on the right side.
      • If the location doesn’t exist, follow [How to Add a Store Location] ([link to guide]) to create it.
  4. Adjustments During an Audit
    • If you are making changes due to missing or found inventory during an AUDIT, we recommend making these adjustments in the TRANSFERS AND ADJUSTMENTS section ([link to guide]).
  5. Save Your Changes
    • After making your adjustments, ensure you click SAVE PRODUCT at the top or UPDATE PRODUCT at the bottom of the pop-up.
